Questions:
Q. How long does it take for our order?
A. We like to have about 2 weeks prior to your event
to prepare our lists and begin food prep.
Q. How many wait staff will you bring for the event
if we want a sit down dinner served by staff?
A. We generally bring 1 wait person per 15
attendees, 2 bus persons and 2 additional sous chefs for food
plating and prep.
Q. How fresh is the meat and cooked foods you use?
A. We generally shop for the meats and veggies only
a couple days prior to your event. Meats are prepared
the evening before, and cooked the day of your event. We
don't want our foods to be served as 'left overs', so the
fresher the better.
Q. What do you do with left overs from the
event?
A. Any food that is not eaten during your
event is yours to do with whatever you wish.
Q. How large of an event can you cater?
A. We can cater events well over 500 people
with enough notice, we generally need about 30 days to prepare
for anything over 500.
Q. What about vegetarian foods, do you
consider fish and chicken a vegetarian dish?
A. Absolutely NOT, OC and
his wife Gina are actually vegetarian, there is nothing in any
of the vegetarian dishes you can't eat. We are also
members of Vegetarians In Motion. Vegan dishes are also
available upon request. Rest assured that your
vegetarian guests will have more than a veggie tray and mashed
potatoes for their dinner!
Q. Is everything really hand-made?
A. Yes, everything from salad dressings to the
stuffed chicken breasts. Nearly everything on our menu
are from my own personal recipe collection learned from my Mother and
Grandmother since I was a wee tot.
